Vacancy Announcement for Sunset Drive

Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority (CIE) is now seeking incubator applications for participants who would be interested in leasing a facility located on Sunset Drive in Atmore, Alabama. The size of the available building is 2,944 square feet and is primarily unconditioned warehouse space. Interested individuals need to contact the office of Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority at (251) 368-0819 in order to obtain an application. All applications must be submitted to the CIE office location, 100 Brookwood Road Atmore, AL 36502 no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2008. Entry Criteria for Incubator Companies

Business must be in startup mode
Company must submit a business plan
Product / Service must fit the specifications of the building
Personnel should have technical knowledge of product / service
Company must show promising economic development potential
Company must have 51% Tribal Member Ownership

Business Criteria

Sufficient resources to sustain company through incubation period
Show growth potential for the company
Personnel must be knowledgeable of business practices related to product / service
Show potential to graduate in 5 years
